Your Vision will shape your goals for ministry. You will have a target or a preferred future to move towards. As you work on your goals keep them on target toward your vision.
Your vision will also help you with the stewardship response of God’s people and with the creation of your budget. I have never met a person who excitedly gave to a budget. I have seen God’s people rally around a vision to reach the unchurched with passion and excitement. The development of a vision is an important first to the development of a budget.
